ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ, 25 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ : ਅੱਜ ਇਥੇ ਫੌਜੀ ਛੌਣੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਦੇ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਰਿਆਸਤ ਦੇ ਜਹਾਜ ਗਰਾਊਂਡ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਦੇ ਜੰਗਲ ਵਿਚ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗ ਗਈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਦਰਖਤ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਛੀ ਅੱਗ ਦੀ ਲਪੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਗਏ। ਅੱਜ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਲਗਭਗ 3.30 ਵਜੇ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗਣ ਪਿਛੋਂ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਦੀ ਫੌਜੀ ਛਾਉਣੀ ਦੇ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਹਰਕਤ ਵਿਚ ਆਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਆਸ ਪਾਸ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਫਾਇਰ ਬ੍ਰਿਗੇਡ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਨਾਲ ਅੱਗ 'ਤੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਪਾਇਆ। ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਛਾਉਣੀ ਦੇ ਬਿੱਲਕੁੱਲ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਰਿਆਸਤ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਈ ਏਕੜ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਵਿਚ ਜੰਗਲ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਰਿਆਸਤ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਵਧੀ ਗਰਮੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗਣ ਪਿਛੋਂ ਫੌਜੀ ਛਾਉਣੀ ਦੇ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲੀ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਫੌਜ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਕਤ ਵਿਚ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਫਾਇਰ ਬ੍ਰਿਗੇਟ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਅੱਗ 'ਤੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਪਾਇਆ। ਇਸ ਅੱਗ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਭਗ 5–6 ਏਕੜ ਰਕਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਦਰਖਤ ਬਿੱਲਕੁੱਲ ਸੜ ਕੇ ਸੁਆਹ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਦੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਵੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈ, ਪਰ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਅੱਗ ਲ...
